ABA helps your child build the things every parent waits to see: more words, more eye contact, a calmer dinner table, a child who can ask for what they need. Your child can start in 1 to 2 weeks. No waitlist. No months of paperwork.
Your therapy is supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. We're in-network with Aetna and Anthem, TRICARE-certified, and we'll work with any other plan. Virginia law requires most insurance plans to cover ABA therapy.
Every month on a waitlist is a month of progress your child doesn't get back.
In-Home Services
"This team is truly wonderful. They have such a big heart and genuinely care about the people they help."
We're a boutique practice on purpose. Experienced BCBAs, a small team that picks up the phone, and a relaxed-but-on-it style that families actually like working with.
Your child learns best in familiar surroundings. We bring professional ABA therapy right to your door.
We take time to know your child as a person, not just a case. Real relationships mean real progress.
We work with your whole family, teaching strategies you can use every day. You're a partner, not a bystander.
Call, text, or WhatsApp us, and we get back to you fast. No phone trees, no waiting days for a reply, no being passed around.
Earlier ABA therapy produces bigger gains in language, social skills, and daily independence. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends intervention "as soon as autism is suspected." That's why we don't have a waitlist.

Professional support in the comfort of your own home
Therapy happens in your living room, kitchen, backyard, wherever your child is most comfortable. No travel, no waiting rooms, no stress.
Your child gets dedicated, individualized support from a therapist who takes time to truly understand them, not just their diagnosis.
We work on practical skills in real situations: getting dressed, eating meals, playing with siblings, communicating needs.
We don't just treat a diagnosis. We support a child, a family, and the everyday moments that matter.
We'll walk you through everything
Often it's the owner himself who picks up. We gather a few basics about your child, answer your questions, and learn what matters most to your family.
We check your benefits, tell you exactly what to expect financially, and advocate with your insurer to maximize the hours your child is entitled to. We're on your side.
Your assigned Board-Certified Behavior Analyst comes to your home, gets to know your child in their natural environment, and starts shaping the plan.
Tailored to your child's goals, your family's routines, and what you and your BCBA agree are the priorities. You'll review the treatment plan together before sessions begin.
Once the treatment plan is approved, your child starts ABA in their familiar environment. No surprises along the way.
Real ABA looks like small wins, week after week. A new word. Eye contact that lasts a beat longer. A meltdown that didn't happen. You and your BCBA track the goals together and adjust the plan as your child grows.
Three promises that hold from your first call through your child's first session.
Insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims, ongoing renewals. After your intake, the only things you'll sign are a treatment plan consent before your BCBA visits, and an ABA therapy consent before sessions begin. Both come as a phone link. You can sign and take photos right from your phone in a couple of minutes.
Your BCBA spends real time understanding your child, your family, and your goals. The plan changes as your child grows.
We walk you through exactly what your plan covers and what, if anything, will come out of pocket before the first session. If something changes, you hear it from us first, not from a billing statement.
Everything you need to know
Most Virginia families pay little to nothing out of pocket. We're in-network with Aetna and Anthem (including Anthem HealthKeepers Medicaid), and we're TRICARE-certified. We also work with almost every other plan out of network — depending on your benefits, it may not cost much more. Share your insurance info with us and we'll tell you exactly what to expect before anything starts.
That's okay! While we don't provide diagnostic services ourselves, we can refer you to trusted providers in Virginia who specialize in autism evaluations. Once your child has a diagnosis, we can get started right away.
It varies based on your child's needs, but most children benefit from a few hours of therapy per day. We'll recommend what's right for your child and work within what your Virginia insurance covers.
Your therapist will work one-on-one with your child using play-based activities, practicing communication, teaching daily routines, and building skills. They'll use your child's own toys, books, and spaces.
Absolutely. All of our therapy services are supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our team is fully licensed in the state of Virginia, and we're led by an experienced clinical director who ensures the highest quality of care.

No! We work with your home exactly as it is. A comfortable space where your child can play and learn is all that's needed. Some families like to have a table and chair available, but we're flexible.
Yes, a parent or caregiver should be home during sessions. Many parents stay in another room doing their own activities, while others choose to observe and learn. We encourage parent involvement.
We understand Virginia families have busy schedules. We offer flexible scheduling including late afternoons, evenings, and weekends when possible to accommodate working parents.
ABA therapy uses play-based, engaging activities tailored to your child. This includes practicing communication through games and social interactions, building daily living skills like brushing teeth and getting dressed, working on fine and gross motor skills, teaching turn-taking and sharing through play, reducing challenging behaviors with positive reinforcement, and building focus and attention through structured activities.
